Partnership Policy
Revenue Share Program
By enrolling your vehicle in the Ease n Grace revenue share program, you agree to the terms outlined below. Your individual partnership agreement will specify your exact revenue split and any vehicle-specific arrangements.
01
Eligibility & Vehicle Requirements
- Vehicles submitted for the revenue share program must be in good working condition and pass an Ease n Grace inspection before onboarding.
- Accepted vehicle types include SUVs, sedans, vans, mini buses, and coaches. Vehicles older than 10 years may be declined at Ease n Grace's discretion.
- The vehicle must have valid roadworthy certification, comprehensive insurance, and up-to-date licensing at all times during the partnership.
- Ease n Grace reserves the right to reject or remove any vehicle from the program that no longer meets these standards.
02
Revenue Share & Earnings
- Partners earn a percentage of gross rental revenue generated by their vehicle each month. The exact split will be agreed upon and documented in your individual partnership agreement.
- Earnings are calculated based on confirmed and completed bookings only. Cancelled or disputed bookings do not count toward revenue.
- Monthly earnings statements will be provided to each partner detailing bookings, revenue, deductions, and net payout.
- Ease n Grace reserves the right to adjust revenue share rates with 30 days written notice to the partner.
03
Payouts
- Payouts are processed on the last business day of each month for revenue earned in that month.
- Payment will be made via mobile money or bank transfer to the account details provided during onboarding.
- A minimum payout threshold of GHS 200 applies. Amounts below this threshold will be carried forward to the next month.
- Ease n Grace is not liable for delays caused by incorrect bank or mobile money details provided by the partner.
04
Vehicle Management
- Ease n Grace will manage all bookings, driver assignments, and day-to-day operations of the vehicle on behalf of the partner.
- Partners will not interfere with bookings or rental operations. Direct rental arrangements through the partner during the active agreement period are not permitted.
- Ease n Grace will conduct regular maintenance checks and notify partners of any service requirements. Costs for routine maintenance may be deducted from earnings unless otherwise agreed.
- Major repairs arising from normal wear and tear will be discussed with the partner before any cost deductions are applied.
05
Insurance & Liability
- The partner is responsible for maintaining comprehensive vehicle insurance throughout the duration of the agreement.
- In the event of an accident or damage caused by an Ease n Grace-assigned driver or renter, Ease n Grace will assist with the insurance claims process.
- Ease n Grace is not liable for loss of vehicle value, depreciation, or mechanical failure unrelated to rental operations.
- Partners are advised to inform their insurance provider that the vehicle is being used for commercial rental purposes.
06
Agreement Duration & Exit
- The initial partnership term is a minimum of 3 months. Either party may exit the agreement after this period with 30 days written notice.
- Early termination by the partner within the first 3 months may result in an administrative exit fee as specified in the individual agreement.
- Upon exit, the vehicle will be returned to the partner in the same condition it was received, subject to fair wear and tear.
- Any outstanding earnings will be paid out within 15 business days of the agreement's end date.
07
Termination by Ease n Grace
- Ease n Grace reserves the right to terminate the partnership immediately if the partner provides false information, interferes with operations, or breaches any term of the agreement.
- If a vehicle is found to be unroadworthy or uninsured during the partnership, Ease n Grace may suspend the vehicle from the fleet until the issue is resolved.
- In cases of termination for cause, outstanding earnings may be withheld pending resolution of any disputes.
08
Disputes & Governing Law
- Any disputes arising from this partnership will first be addressed through direct negotiation between both parties in good faith.
- If unresolved, disputes will be referred to mediation before any formal legal proceedings.
- This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
- For questions or concerns, contact us at info@easengrace.com or via WhatsApp before escalating to any third party.
