Rental Policy
10% Cancellation Charge
A 10% processing charge is deducted from all refunds, regardless of when the cancellation is made. Please review the full cancellation terms in Section 02 below before booking.

Bookings & Reservations
- All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as specified at the time of reservation.
- Ease n Grace reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.
- Booking confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp or email within 30 minutes of payment receipt.

Cancellations & Refunds
- All refunds are subject to a 10% cancellation/processing charge deducted from the refunded amount, regardless of when the cancellation is made.
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the rental start time are eligible for a refund (minus the 10% charge).
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental start time are non-refundable.
- No-shows are non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Driver Requirements
- All drivers must present a valid driver's licence at the time of vehicle collection.
- International drivers must present both their home country licence and an International Driving Permit (IDP).
- The minimum age for renting a vehicle is 23 years. Drivers under 25 may be subject to a young driver surcharge.

Vehicle Use
- Vehicles may only be operated within Ghana unless prior written consent is obtained from Ease n Grace.
- Off-road driving is strictly prohibited unless the vehicle is specifically rented for that purpose.
- Smoking is not permitted in any Ease n Grace vehicle. A deep cleaning fee will apply for violations.
- Sub-letting or transferring the rental to a third party is not permitted.

Fuel Policy
- Vehicles are provided with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank.
- Failure to return with a full tank will result in a refuelling charge at prevailing pump rates plus a GHS 50 service fee.

Damage & Liability
- The renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period not covered by the vehicle's insurance.
- A pre-rental inspection report will be completed and signed by both parties before departure.
- Any accidents must be reported to Ease n Grace immediately and to the police within 24 hours.

Late Returns
- Vehicles must be returned at the agreed date and time. Late returns will be charged at the daily rate pro-rated per hour.
- If you anticipate a late return, please inform us at least 3 hours in advance to check availability.

- Ease n Grace reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking applies.
